The Mt. Baker cabins offer a flexibility that is unmatched by any other facility. With seven newly-remodeled units connected by sidewalks and decks, the Mt. Baker cabins are perfect for families with small children who want to enjoy staying at camp.

Each of the seven deluxe Mt. Baker Cabins has four sleeping rooms with lockable connecting doors between two rooms. Each Room has a queen bed, four bunk-style singles, and private restrooms. (more)

Olympic View Lodge          (Fee = $362, Sleeps up to 4)

Each of the 24 rooms has a private bath, a queen size bed and a single day bed with trundle. Many rooms overlook Port Susan Bay and the Olympic mountain range. Linen service is included with daily towel exchange.Two fully equipped meeting rooms offer a coffee bar, fireplace and the convenience of meeting in the same facility as your room. (more)

RV and Camping                 (Fee = $44 per site)

The park-like setting of Warm Beach Camp, including nature trails and recreational facilities, make it an ideal place for camping. For everything from motor homes to dome tents, the RV/Tent Area offers 130 individual sites. Complete utilities, two bath houses, and a laundry are all available for campers. Campers are welcome to purchase meals in Cedar Lodge, or fix their own at their campsites. (more)

1. Has the Bible Camp registration process changed this year?

Yes – We continue to  partner with Warm Beach Camp for online registration. Campers enjoy this convenience along with the option of credit or debit card payment.

2. How do I register?

Access the Lutheran Brethren Bible Camp website at Click “REGISTRATION” from the top menu bar and follow the instruction presented there. Or click HERE and go there now.

3. What are the online credit card options?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover – credit or debit

4. Is there a deadline for registering?

Early registration (saving each Camper $20.00!) – open until May 1st
Online “Deposit Only” registrations – open until June 11th
“Full Payment” registrations – open until June 22nd (after that time, Campers register at check-in).

5. I see the payment options of “Full Payment” and “Deposit Only”. If I choose “Deposit Only” can I pay the balance before Camp starts?

Yes – Credit card payment of balances can be made by phonethrough the Friday before Campto Warm Beach Camp 1-800-228-6724. 

6. I don’t have a credit card or don’t want to use it for Bible Camp payment. Can I pay by check?

Yes – Complete a hard copy of the registration form, found on the Lutheran Brethren Bible Camp website,

7. Can I still request a specific roommate?

Yes – two roommate choices are available for Sonburst and Surge Campers.

8. Can I request a specific room or site number for my family?

Yes – make that request in the comment box located on the last page in the online process - payment page.

9. How will the Medical Release, Recreation Waiver and Authorization for Prescription Medications be handled?

They will all be sent at PDFs via email to Campers with their registration confirmations. Campers/Parents will be instructed to complete, sign and mail these forms back to Warm Beach Camp. The signed forms can also be faxed to Warm Beach at (360) 680-1489 or scanned and sent via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Receipt of these signed forms will be noted in the online registration data base.

10. Who do I call if I make a mistake or have questions?

11. Scholarships from churches – how will we process those?

Youth Group and/or general congregation funds – Whoever is handling the church or youth funds should send one check directly to Warm Beach Camp, made payable to “Warm Beach Camp” (to be received by June 1) along with a list of camper names receiving scholarships and amount for each. The Campers receiving scholarships should register online as “Deposit Only”. Note in Comment Box: “Receiving scholarship or youth funds from (insert church name and location).”

12. I’m an adult, sharing my room with a friend. How do I handle that for payment?

Make a note in the comment box of roommate name and shared cost per person. Registering close to the same time will make this process easier.

13. Why do I need to create an account at in order to register online?

The online registration process is being administered by the staff of Warm Beach Camp on our behalf.
Partnering with Warm Beach was the easiest, quickest and most cost-effective way to make online registration a reality.
We are delighted to partner with them in this way.

14. How do I deposit now in the Camper Bank?

Camper Bank funds will be received at check-in, in a special “Camper Bank” deposit area.
